  I do believe many people are quick to write or tell others of a negative
  experience and positive feedback is still a working progress.
  
  I'd like to compliment you and your team in Hatfield.
  
  When we met Jake and booked an appointment to view he was very refreshing,
  honest and transparent and a can do attitude, very quick to respond and kept
  to his word on everything, kept us up to date and made the whole transaction
  very easy, his style was unique and a rarity and the first I have come
  across in the past 5yrs of renting. He is definitely an asset to your
  company! Always has a smile, punctual and very friendly and not pushy.
  
  Laura who I met when she did the first months visit was a surprise as never
  had one in the first month however doing one meant as she explained I could
  point out any issues, not only was she polite and very efficient in
  resolving issues and making appointments for engineers to carry out the
  work, she was friendly and empathetic and seemed genuinely interested on how
  we were settling in and my furry babies!
  Laura even responds to emails even though the office isn't open which again
  shows dedication and commitment to her role, which I know can be very
  stressful ,demanding and tiresome at times.
  
  Anyone I have spoken to at the Hatfield office has been a pleasure to deal
  with, I have never come across a team that works so well together and
  genuinely seems happy to be at work.
  
  You are definitely the best agent we
  have come across and we will definitely be recommending you to others!
  
  I think you should take them all out for a meal for being the best team
  around!
